All you pay for is the cost of the calls made to you and to your called destinations. Our low rates for cheap calls are as follows :

UK customers paying in UK Sterling (GBP) excl VAT.

             Calls to UK Landlines 1.5ppm to your contacts.
             Calls to you on your UK numbers 0.8ppm
             Calls to US landlines 2ppm
             Calls to most mobiles 13ppm (eg O2, T-Mobile, Virgin)
             Call Recording per minute 1p per minute
             Text Messages (SMS) only 10 pence each

European customers paying in Euros (EUR)

             Calls to most European Landlines 3 Euro cents per min
             Calls to US landlines 4 Euro cents per minute
             Call Recording 1.5 Euro cents per minute per minute
             Text Messages (SMS) only 15 Euro cents each

US customers paying in US Dollars (USD).

             Calls within US 3.5 cents per min your contacts
             Calls to you on your US numbers - 2 cents per minute
             Calls to UK and France - ONLY 4 cents per min
             Calls to Canada 4 cents per min
             Call Recording per minute 2.2 cents per min
             Text Messages (SMS) only 14 cents each

Our per minute call rates are lower than many plans from BT, AT&T, Sprint, MCI and even IP operators like Vonage. Calls are billed in seconds subject to a 30 second minimum charge on the customer leg of the call. Credit charged to your account as a UK customer is VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive. Customers outside of the UK recharge at full value.

The above costs include call recording and salesforce integration, and is for a 12 month commitment collected monthly in advance by credit card. Additional minute rates also include call recording.
